1. Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.ieltsmate.net website (the “Service”) operated by Partner English (“us”, “we”, or “our”). IELTS is a registered trademark of University of Cambridge, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia. This site and its owners are not affiliated, approved or endorsed by the University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia. We are not associated with IELTS IDP or British Council in any way. The scores calculated on our website is not to be confused with the real IELTS test.

This application is only intended for personal use by a single person per account. Using the application for multiple users or businesses will result in a ban. Also, the only allowed active session per account is one. Our test is only designed for practice purposes, we do not guarantee any resemblance in IELTSMATE and the official score.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

Creation of a personal account
Access to the Services, whether free of charge or in return for payment, and the subscription to the IELTSMATE offers require the prior creation of a personal account on the IELTSMATE Website. In order to create an account, the User is asked to communicate the following personal information:

Email address
Telephone number (optional)
Password
IELTSMATE also provides Users who already have a personal Google account (a"Third-party Account") with the possibility to create their IELTSMATE account by collecting the personal information. The User undertakes to provide truthful, correct and complete information when creating the account. In the event that the User provides fake, incorrect, out-of-date or incomplete information, IELTSMATE reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription and to refuse access, immediately and for the future, to all or part of the IELTSMATE Website. In the event that the information communicated during the registration process should change, the User is asked to amend his/her personal information on the IELTSMATE Website immediately.
Once the information has been completed (directly or via a Third-party Account), the User may create his/her account by clicking on “Sign Up”.Creating an account is free of charge.
Note:
For users who have not registered for IELTSMATE, if you click "Sign in with Google", we will automatically create an IELTSMATE account for you to use directly. If you have previously registered with Google email address, click "Sign in with Google", we will automatically detect the Google email address binding, so that users can directly use Google to log in next time.

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Indian Law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
